Further Instructions for Video Presentation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are three things that you need to prepare before presenting your paper: Preparation<\/strong>, Presentation<\/strong>, and Finalization<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

a) Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    At this stage you will need to prepare your outfit, the PPT slides, and the video recording equipment.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Outfit: The video presentation will be a close-up. Thus, we recommend all participants to wear formal outfit. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Slide presentations: Your slides should be 5-8 slides and you are suggested to follow the content of each slide as explained in Powerpoint (PPT) Submission<\/a><\/strong> menu. You can download the PPT template here.<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Introducing yourself and affiliation in a close-up (your face should appear in the video). Please see PPT slides instruction details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Video recording equipment: You need to be ready with some tools, such as your mobile phone, earphone, and presentation slides. For recording purposes, you may use Zoom with screen sharing feature<\/strong> or other video recording applications<\/strong>. To edit the video, you may install a video editing software, such as Filmora or CineOmatic. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    b) Presentation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Duration: Your presentation must be delivered in 5-7 minutes proportionally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Delivery: Your presentation must be delivered in English.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      c) Finalization<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Video editing: Before uploading the video, we highly recommend you to have your video edited. Please make sure your slides and your voice recording are clear. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Uploading: To finalize presentation, you need to upload the video to your Google Drive. 
        Please write: [SENVAR20 – Your Name – Your Abstract Code (SBD-35)] as the video title<\/strong>, and please include in description: [Your name\/presenter\/s] [Presentation Title] [Affiliation]<\/strong>.
        Please make sure the setting of video sharing is made for public (public mode).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Submitting:<\/strong> Upload your video to cloud storage.e.g Google Drive. Send the link address video to SENVAR20 committee via Google Form here<\/a><\/em>. <\/strong>
        The committee only accepts video links via this form.
        Note : Please check the accessibility the video before submitting the form. Make sure the file can be read and downloaded by only having a link .i.e withour having to go through a login or other permission request.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
