To submit your Fullpaper article, please login<\/strong> first to your account. Go to ‘Abstract Submission’<\/strong> menu, and click on your paper title<\/strong>. You will find ‘Fullpaper’<\/strong> menu on the bottom of the page, and click ‘Choose File’<\/strong> to upload your article. Then you can click Send.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fullpaper Submission Guideline<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. General instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only the papers written in English<\/strong> will be accepted. Submitted manuscripts should not have been published before and should not be under consideration for publication anywhere else <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Paper Structure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Full-paper must contains the following structure: Introduction, Literature Review (optional), Method, Findings and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgement (optional), and References<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Abstracts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abstracts should not exceed 250 words<\/strong>, and should not contain any references. Keywords. 3-5 keywords must be included on a separate line below the main abstract. Avoiding keywords already used in the title to optimize searching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Paper Length<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Articles must be a minimum of 2,500 words<\/strong> to a maximum of 8,000 words<\/strong>. Word counts include text, references, figures, and tables. Each figure or table should be considered equal to 300 words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Font<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Times New Roman 10pt<\/strong> for main text and 9pt<\/strong> titles of tables and figures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Headings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Main Heading (title of the paper) 16pt, bold. First degree titles (2.) should be written left aligned, all caps and bold. Second and 3rd degree subtitles (2.1, 2.1.1) should be written left aligned, italic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Illustrations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All Illustrations, including figures and tables, must be professionally rendered<\/strong> and suitable for reproduction<\/strong>. Words, numbers, and symbols should be large and clear enough to remain legible when the figure is reduced to column width (approx. 8 cm). Each table should have a bried, concise title, and indicate units clearly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. References<\/strong>
All sources must be cited in the reference list and the main text with a minimum of 15 references<\/strong>. Please use  IEEE citation style<\/strong> in manuscripts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We highly recommend the use of Mendeley<\/strong>. You can cite references and create bibliographies in Word using the Mendeley word processor plug-in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Proofreading and Editing<\/strong>
The articles that are submitted for publication in English need to go through proofreading and editing before being sent<\/strong> for a blind review, and after a positive peer-review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. <\/strong>Plagiarism policy<\/strong>
Plagiarism checks using software are necessary. Manuscripts with a score of >10% on the similarity index will be rejected<\/strong> (with evidence attached).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
